Ayuna Shagdurova is a documentary photographer and journalist currently based in Paris, France. 

She is Buryat (indigenous Siberian), born and raised in St Petersburg. In her work she mostly concentrates on Buryat society and culture, shooting Buddhist and shamanic rituals, rural Buryatia and everday life.
